When paying by card, be sure your billing information matches your statement. Banks decline mismatched details to protect you.

We only display the last four digits of your card number returned by the bank in order confirmations.

Your card number is tokenized by the bank directly without going thru us, it is a token generated by the bank and only the bank can decrypt it. We are a PCI-Compliance business.

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to secure profile changes. We send a one-time verification code directly to your phone.

Our team, including IT administrators, cannot view your verification codes. Protect your password, sign out of shared devices, and reach out if you notice unusual activity.

Because our dishes are made to order and perishable, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If a refund is granted, please allow 7 – 10 working days for your bank to reflect the transaction on your statement.

We work hard to deliver as quickly as possible and aim to match the time you request, but exact delivery windows are not guaranteed.

Delivery fees, when applicable, are subject to change and are not a substitute for tipping your driver. Please consider rewarding them for great service.
